Shipping policy


Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system directly in the cart.

Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout for all European Union countries.

All our items are made in Italy and shipped from our warehouse in Italy. For Milan orders, the vendor reserves the right to hand deliver purchases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries with government trade restrictions or sanctions, but we ship virtually anywhere in the world.

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Once processed, orders are dispatched via DHL.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume the risk of loss and ownership of items purchased through the website. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Our brand does not take responsibility for lost packages.

If you want to issue a return or exchange, please email for further instructions.

Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 14 days from the date you received our delivery.
They must be in the original condition, unworn or used, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
Any return received after 14 days will be returned to sender.

To countries that are part of the European Union we offer free product exchanges, but in case of returns (without color, size or product changes) the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Once we have received your package, we will proceed with the refund. The shipping costs will be deducted from it, according to the country of origin.

If you reject a package, the return shipping cost and any duties associated with it will be deducted from your refund.

Once you have arranged your collection with DHL, please email us to tell us you have returned the parcel.

We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

We will notify you once your return has been received and verified whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the amount (minus shipping costs), using the payment method you used.

Remember that processing and recording your refund may take some time depending on your bank, credit card and payment providers.
